Shipping cost on a returned item will not be refunded.
Once your return is received, please allow 48 – 72 hours for your refund to be processed.
If your product is damaged in shipping:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will ask for a photo of the damaged package or for you to return it.
Once verified or received a new order will be shipped out to you at no charge.
